Collé was founded over 120 years ago in Isenbruch. Originally, Collé was a farm that also included a blacksmith shop and a café. The primary activities of the blacksmith shop involved shoeing horses and forging light agricultural tools suitable for use behind horses, such as plows and cultivators. Over time, the blacksmith shop evolved into a modern mechanization business for its era, including tractors, mowers, and threshing machines. The workforce also grew rapidly, expanding from the family plus one apprentice to 5 or 6 employees. At that time, there was already a distinction between the workshop and the sales department.
Today, Collé employs over 700 full-time equivalents and operates 21 locations. What began as a farming business with a blacksmith shop and a small café has grown into a leading player in Europe in the field of rental and sales of construction and industrial machinery.
With locations in the Benelux, Germany, and Denmark, Collé offers a wide range of equipment to customers worldwide, from construction machinery to event materials. Innovation and sustainability are at the core of our operations, with a focus on electric and hybrid machines. Through our customer-centric service, we aim to be a reliable partner for every project.
