The position

Collé Rental & Sales is the specialist par excellence in rental, sales and service of machines for: construction, industry, earthmoving, events, internal transport, cleaning and garden & park. Over 120 years of experience guarantee an extensive product range, competitive prices and excellent service. The organisation operates from several locations in the Netherlands, Germany and Belgium and has more than 600 employees.

In the position of Logistics Coordinator, you are responsible for the total logistics and distribution of our machines across the project site.  

• You are the point of contact for contractors, subcontractors and the internal Collé organisation for your project;
• You are also our contact person for the drivers who deliver or collect machines;
• You take care of the necessary permits and time slots for delivery or collection;
• Managing the Collé site on-site;
• Processing mutations in the system;
• Loading and unloading machines;
• Instructing users;
• Daily consultation with the project manager.

Your profile

• A2 level, obtained through education and/or work experience with mobile equipment;
• You have problem-solving skills and you are service-oriented, representative, flexible and independent;
• You can handle stress and have a sense of responsibility and, above all, no 9-5 mentality;
• You live in the Mons-Bergen region (Belgium);
• Good command of the French language in word and writing. Command of Dutch or English is an advantage.
